GRANT AMOUNT FOR FISCAL YEAR 2015-2016

  • Minimum grant: $25,000
  • Maximum grant: 25% of the Foundation’s core grants

FREQUENCY OF GRANTS

  • Grants may be awarded for a single year or multi-year, and may be renewed at the discretion of the Board.
  • The Board may impose such conditions as it deems appropriate, which conditions must be met before the next fiscal year distribution shall be made.

ORGANIZATIONAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Applicant must be a public charity, organized under IRC sec. 501(c)(3), and qualified under IRC sec. 170(b)(1)(A), and operating for a minimum of two full fiscal years.
  • The Applicant must provide services within the states or communities in which members of the Board of Directors live, work, or have personal involvement.

APPLICATION PROCEDURE AND PROCESS

  • An initial Letter of Inquiry must be submitted by Internet to the Foundation on the approved form, containing the following information;
  • If the Letter of Inquiry is approved, the Applicant will be invited to submit a full Grant Application, in writing or by email. The Application must be submitted Online and within the time authorized, and must complete in all respects. Incomplete applications will be returned.
  • The Foundation anticipates approving grant requests twice per year. Please check web site for application deadlines or contact the Foundation Administrator.
